Banquet Room Information

Complete Ballroom
Our ballroom is fabulous…A complete wall of windows, floor to ceiling, overlooking the golf course, custom oak bar and guests seating for up to 175 guests. It offers an elegant atmosphere for all types of events.

Back Half of Ballroom 
A great area to host a variety of events. Guest seating for up to 75 guests. Spectacular view of our golf course and pool area.

Specialty Items
At Thorntree, we want to make sure you have everything you need to make your event a complete success. We offer specialty items to you, for a nominal fee. Here are a few items that we can provide for you: Valet parking, ice sculptures, custom linen, chair covers, dance floor, punch fountain, disc jockey, fresh flowers, theme decorations, entertainment and many more.

Food & Beverage
NO outside food or beverage allowed on property, with the exception of specialty cakes. Our menus are designed to offer you a selection of quality items. Our executive chef is fabulous at creating custom menus; let us know if you need assistance on deciding on yours

Reservation Deposits
A 30% deposit is due, upon signing of contract, to confirm your room reservation. All deposits will be applied towards your balance, unless damage to club property should occur (see booking contract for details).

Final Count and Billing
All final head counts are due ten days prior to your event. If a final count is not received, you will be charged for the estimated number of guests or your final show-which ever number is greater. We accept credit cards, cashiers check or cash for final payments. 

Service charge & sales tax
We have a standard sales tax of 8.25% and 20% service charge on every Banquet event booked. All events should be paid in full 7 days prior to your event.
